Warranty Coverage

Duration: All products are covered by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material or workmanship failures
  • Structural issues under normal use
  • Battery or charging failures

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or modifications
  • Cosmetic scratches, fading, or fabric wear over time
  • Damage from third-party accessories or misuse

 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Contact us at support@zoss.media with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Step 2: We’ll review your claim and let you know if it qualifies under the warranty.

Step 3: If approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost. In some cases, we may request the original item to be returned before issuing a replacement.

 

Repair Services

Out-of-Warranty or Accidental Damage? We’ve still got your back. If the issue falls outside of warranty coverage, we’ll offer affordable repair or replacement options when possible.

Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us. If the warranty claim is approved, we’ll cover the return shipping of the repaired or replaced item.
