Step 2: We’ll review your claim and let you know if it qualifies under the warranty.
Step 3: If approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost. In some cases, we may request the original item to be returned before issuing a replacement.
Out-of-Warranty or Accidental Damage? We’ve still got your back. If the issue falls outside of warranty coverage, we’ll offer affordable repair or replacement options when possible.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us. If the warranty claim is approved, we’ll cover the return shipping of the repaired or replaced item.
