MagCase & Magnetic Accessories
Will the MagCase work with the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Expansion Adapter or Battery Handle?
Yes it does. I try to design all accessories to work with accessories that come with the device.
How strong is the magnet? Can it actually hold the Pocket 3 while moving?
VERY strong, especially on thick metal. Always slide it off instead of pulling directly to prevent damage to the case. It’s the easiest magnetic case to install.
What’s the difference between the MagCase Mini, Pro, and Tilt?
- Mini: Smallest form factor with 105° tilt
- Tilt: Same tilt ability with a larger frame
- Pro: Most versatile — features 1/4-20 ports on the sides and back with locking pin slots.

Is it safe to use the magnetic accessories near my camera or phone?
Yes, the magnet uses a pot design that pulls in one direction. Do not place it near the gimbal head, as this may require recalibration.
MagDock & Suction Mounts
Does the MagDock Suction and Suction Pro need moisture?
Yes. Adding a small amount of water greatly increases holding power. In testing, suction never failed with moisture applied vs. dry placement.
Can I use MagDock products in the shower or car?
Yes! They can stick to any non-porous surface like glass, metal, mirrors, or tile.
Do I need a MagSafe phone to use your magnetic accessories?
Yes, or you can use a MagSafe-compatible case. Many newer Android phones include MagSafe built-in.
Can I tighten the hinge on the MagDock Suction Pro?
Yes, it uses a 2.5mm hex key. Be careful not to overtighten.

How do I install the Grip Rig 2?

Can I attach both a mic and light to the Grip Rig?
Yes. You have cold shoes and 1/4-20 mounting points on both sides and the back. There's also an expansion adapter for MagSafe phone mounts.
Do I need tools to install or adjust Grip Rig accessories?
No tools are required for the core rig. However, you’ll need a 3mm hex key for mounting expansion adapters. We try to include one, but it’s good to have your own. You can tighten phone adapter hinge with a 2.5mm hex.
Product Info & Materials
What material are your products made from?
Most are made from high-quality PETG, ABS, and TPU. Some parts use carbon fiber-reinforced PLA-CF.
Can I leave these mounted in a hot car?
Like most plastics, prolonged heat (like inside a hot car) may cause warping or weakening over time. Remove when not in use.
Do the ultra-suede liners come in different colors?
Yes — you can choose your ultra-suede color during checkout. We offer a variety of options.
Are your products waterproof?
They are splash-resistant but not waterproof. Do not submerge them, and wipe dry if exposed to moisture.
Shipping, Returns, Warranty
How long does shipping take?
Production time is typically 3–7 business days. Some popular items may ship faster. After that, delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping via UPS and FedEx. Options will be shown at checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged or missing a piece?
Please start a claim by contacting us. If eligible, we’ll repair, replace, or ship the missing part along with instructions.
What is your warranty policy?
